Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions

HDIUK Limited, trading as MotorCables UK, provides a limited lifetime warranty for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty covers genuine HDIUK power cables purchased directly from HDIUK Limited on Amazon under the seller name Prime HDi, via the websites Frabco.com and MotorCables.co.uk, as well as directly from HDIUK Limited and authorized distributors.
The warranty exclusively applies to manufacturer defects and failures of operation caused by such defects. It does not cover damages resulting from customer-induced damage, tampering, or any other modifications.
This warranty is not Non-transferable. It is applicable only to the original purchaser of the HDIUK power cable. If the product is sold or transferred to another party, the warranty becomes void.
The warranty does not cover injuries or damages to third-party equipment resulting from the misuse of our appliance cables. This includes, but is not limited to, running the cable with an incorrect voltage or overloading it with a current exceeding its designed capacity.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use involving water, such as submerging the cable or connectors or failing to take due care to protect it from water. HDIUK Limited will not accept liability for the loss or damage of any other equipment arising from such misuse.
The warranty does not cover corrosion caused to cables that have not been adequately protected from the marine environment, including excessive exposure to sea air.
The limited lifetime warranty applies solely to HDIUK MotorCables products. Any other products or accessories are not covered under this warranty.
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact HDIUK Limited using the contact telephone number provided on our official website. After contacting us, customers may be required to return the item to our workshop for inspection and potential repair. HDIUK Limited reserves the right to either repair or replace the item at its discretion.
The limited lifetime warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any claims not meeting these conditions may be denied.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with UK law.
