Application

These Terms apply to all purchases made from MotorCables.co.uk. HDIUK LTD is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07187248). Registered office: Unit 1D Deer Park Farm, Knowle Lane, Eastleigh SO50 7DZ.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Definitions

• Consumer: an individual purchasing outside of trade or business.
• Contract: the agreement between you and HDIUK LTD for the supply of goods.
• Delivery Location: the address specified in your order.
• Goods: items offered for sale on the Website.

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly. Custom-built items rely on accurate specifications provided by you. All sales are subject to availability.

Order and Contract Formation

Your order becomes legally binding once you receive an Order Confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check this confirmation and notify us promptly of any mistakes.

Pricing and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Delivery

We offer free next-day delivery on orders that meet the minimum order value displayed at checkout. This service is provided on a best-efforts basis and is not guaranteed, as delays may occur with third-party couriers.

Standard delivery times apply to non-qualifying orders or where next-day shipping is unavailable.

Deliveries outside the UK may incur local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the Delivery Location.

Cancellation and Returns

Consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned unused and undamaged.

B2B Returns & Restocking Fees

For business (B2B) customers, custom-built or made-to-order items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if returned. This reflects the labour, time, and materials used in manufacturing bespoke cable assemblies.

Warranty (Lifetime Guarantee)

Liability

HDIUK LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by UK law. We remain fully liable for personal injury caused by negligence, statutory product obligations, and fraud.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be heard in the courts of England and Wales, or Scotland/Northern Ireland for Consumers where applicable.
